RIFS is proud of its students and faculty whose films continue to feature at international
film festivals and win prestigious awards.

"REGINA DI BASTONI" - RIFS is developing and producing a LIMITED TV SERIES addressing the theme of misogyny,  titled “Regina di Bastoni" ("Queen of Wands").

This is a series in 4 episodes, financed by private equity investors and using the resources and relationships RIFS has cultivated. The four 55-minute episodes have been written by school director Carl Haber with RIFS' talented graduates - Sofia Busquets, Elena Falvella Capodaglio, Lia Taverneau and Nicole Katzew. Sofia, Nicole, Lia and Mr Haber are directing the four episodes, with RIFS grad Daniel Molina serving as DP, and RIFS grad Alexandra Kaimi as Production Designer. Other excellent RIFS graduates are filling additional key roles in the crew, in the camera and art departments, and will be working with local professionals to produce this exciting and ambitious series.

Non RIFS students with demonstrable experience in film production can apply to work on the series - We are interested in filling some crew positions with interns and talented young professionals, including those who can serve as: gaffers, grips, sound people, art department assistants, PA's, wardrobe assistants, makeup artists and assistants, etc.
